Strawberry or Raspberry Italian Soda Syrup
I first experienced these in the USA of course. I was instantly in love with the idea of soda and cream...and here is the result all these years later. The syrup recipes themselves are so versatile, watch out, there is a whole raft of recipes using them coming at you. You will seriously never want to buy a cordial or soda stream syrup ever again. Need
- 300 Grams strawberries, raspberries or blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 150 Grams sugar
- 50-80 Grams fresh lemon juice
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste BUY
- 200 Grams water
Do

Place all ingredients into Thermomix bowl and cook 8 min/100°C/speed 2.

Drain through a fine strainer to remove solids.

Store in sterilised airtight jar in fridge until use.
