When I have a good idea, it is usually a cracker and this is a cracker. Use this syrup for the jellies as suggested, but then think outside the box; think ice cream, waffles, pancakes, jellies, and of course the Thai Tea Jellies With Lime Caramel Sauce for which this recipe was originally created. I love this recipe...I think you will too!

- 200 Grams dark muscovado sugar
- 100 Grams cream
- Pinches Pink Salt Flakes BUY
- 1 lime, juice only
- 10 Drops doTERRA Lime oil (optional) BUY
Place sugar, cream and salt into Thermomix bowl and cook 10 min/Varoma/speed 2/MC off.
Add lime juice and oil and blend 20 sec/speed 8.
Refrigerate until use
