Egg Free Aioli
This was a nice surprise. It was so good we decided to give the recipe it's own page! This is virtually an egg free aioli, without any fiddle whatsoever, just throw it all in and blend away! We loved it, and if you are an egg free household, this will be your new go to dressing for all things that would normally have a mayo, hollandaise or other buttery egg based sauce or dressing. We think it would be wonderful with any other herbs or choice, don't just stick to basil.

Need
- 1 cloves garlic
- 1 lemons zest and juice
- 120 Grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) BUY
- 1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard Recipe
- 8 basil leaves
- 1/2 Teaspoon dry oregano
- 1 Pinch pink salt flakes BUY
- black pepper ground, to taste
Do

Place garlic cloves and lemon zest into the Thermomix bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 6.

Add all remaining ingredients and and combine 8 sec/speed 10.
