This pesto is fun to make, you can have all three flavours (which are strikingly different) on one table with very little effort.

You can also make this pesto without the oils at all and it is quite stunning. SO there you go....four amazing recipes in one little quick recipe. Enjoy on crackers, as a filling for stuffed meats or breads, as part of a dressing (Add EVOO to loosen the texture and a bit more vinegar), toss through hot cooked pasta, the possibilities are endless. Cook Once, Eat Many Many TIMES!

Place all ingredients except EVOO and doTERRA oil of choice into Thermomix bowl and blend 10 sec/ speed 6.

Scrape down sides of bowl.

3  

Add EVOO through hole in lid as you blend 6 sec/speed 6.

4  

Stir through doTERRA oil of choice 2 sec/speed 6.

5  

Serve with crackers or veggies of choice.
