You can either buy some orange icy poles (iced lollies, popsicles depending on where in the world you are from!) or you can make our super simple version found HERE. We think the fun of the icy pole making is worth the trouble...I mean. Why call this a recipe otherwise?

Need
- 1 Orange Vanilla Icy Poles or purchased orange popsicle per drink Recipe
- 120 Milliliters Lyre's Agave Blanco Spirit (or tequila)
- 60 Milliliters limes juice
- 400 Milliliters Ginger Beer
- 1 jalapeno, halved lengthways
- 1 limes for garnish
- mint leaves for garnish
Do

Rim the glasses with lime juice and either sugar or salt. Place the orange popsicle into a highball glass.

Add Lyre's Agave Blanco Spirit and lime juice. Stir.

Top with Ginger Beer.

Slip a long slice of jalapeno down the side of the glass. Garnish with lime and mint leaves.
