I love the coconut, pineapple thing don’t you? It is refreshingly clean on your palate and well, takes me to Hawaii every time. A little holiday in a glass. Cue the palm trees, and oh yes, the pool boy with that drink I’m waiting on.

Need
- 300 Grams ice cubes
- 2 bananas, frozen in chunks
- 600 Grams pineapple, fresh
- 150 Grams coconut sugar
- 1 x 400 Milliliter coconut cream Recipe
Do

Place ice and frozen banana into Thermomix bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 10.

Add remaining ingredients and blend 1 min/speed 10.

Serve immediately.

Add any fruit of choice to this for a regular smoothie. (Or add alcohol of choice, about 100g will be enough to kick it up a notch!)
