We loved this sauce so much we gave it a recipe all of it's own. It is part of our Mexican Prawn Cocktail, which by the way is also pretty amazing. If you don't believe in eating alcohol, (as opposed to just drinking it of course!) by all means leave the tequila out, but it does add a bit of a kicker to the spiciness of the sauce.
Get the sombreros out...you are going to have a party with this one!

- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Red Onion
- 2 Chipotle chilli in adobo sauce
- 2 Limes juice only
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tomatoes, halved
- 2 Tablespoons tequila
- 2 Pinches Pink Salt Flakes BUY
- 1 Pinch Black Pepper
Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and blend 20 sec/speed 6. Scrape bowl and repeat.
