Need
- 200 Grams bacon or speck, diced
- 2 Teaspoons smoked paprika
- 30 Grams parmesan cheese cubed
- 50 Grams pot set yoghurt or plain yoghurt Recipe
- 250 Grams cream cheese
- 150 Grams dill pickles, cut into pieces
Do

Place bacon onto a baking paper lined oven tray and sprinkle with 1/2 the paprika. Cook 20 minutes in an oven set to 160°C. Cool completely.

Place parmesan with remaining paprika into the Thermomix bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 10.

Add yoghurt, cream cheese and 100g of the bacon. Blend 10 sec/speed 6.

Add pickles and blend 6 sec/speed 6.

Stir through remaining bacon pieces and serve with crackers of choice.
