Summer time means quick cold treats for the kids by the pool. We are loving this fresh simple idea that is colourful and relatively low in sugar.

Snow cones are a fast and easy way to use soda syrups. This icy treat is a summertime hit for both kids ... and grown-ups! You can make boozy snow cones if that takes your fancy, just don't get them mixed up with the kids versions!

We used our Spiced Passionfruit Syrup as well as the Italian Soda Syrups as recipe directs, but seriously, any syrup will do the job. It is really as limitless as you wish.

Think Chocolate Coffee Syrup Concentrate, Blueberry Italian Soda Syrup, Brew Choc Concentrate Syrup. Enjoy!
