The cordial with no colours or additives that tastes amazing and does so much work in so many recipes! Don't get stuck on blueberries, use any fruit.

I know I have written up another version of this, but I want you to seize the possibilities. Think any fruit in this recipe. They will ALL be delicious. I made it with passionfruit recently. SO yum, peaches, any stone fruit really, all berries will be wonderful. Then we are using this as a base ingredient for so many other options. Be ready...but in the meantime, think ice cream topping, homemade jellies, Flummery flavouring, through whipped cream on a dessert. Seriously. YUM and so simple.
