Strawberry Rosé Granita
A refreshing, grown-up frozen treat made with juicy strawberries and a splash of rosé, effortlessly crushed to perfection in the Thermomix.
This Strawberry and Rosé Granita is everything you want in a summer dessert – light, icy, and bursting with bright berry flavour and a hint of pink wine sophistication. The Thermomix makes it simple: cook, freeze, and churn it into sparkling shards of frozen bliss.
Serve it in chilled glasses as a light finish to a long lunch, layer it with whipped cream for a granita parfait, or top with fresh basil and serve between courses as a palate cleanser. It’s also lovely paired with dark chocolate or poured over a splash of Prosecco for a fizzy dessert cocktail.
