If Promite and Vegemite had a love child, this version would be it. Slightly sweet, which is more like promite. Salty from the miso and tamari...I have to say, not a lot to hate about this on hot buttered toast, or in Cheesymite scrolls or as an addition to a great stew. I got you covered!!

This originally appeared in the 2017 Pimp My Pantry calender...which is still available for a fraction of the original cost!!

Iconically Australian I think...who else would slather something that tastes similar to crushed vitamin b pills with the texture of vaseline all over toast? (DId that sell it to you or what???) Enjoy!

Do

1

Just like vegemite, you need to use this sparingly as it is very strong in flavour.
