Blue Cheese Dip
Blue cheese can be quite polarising...but when it is stirred through a creamy dip I think it will work well on so many umami levels. Try it!
I love blue cheese. Gorgonzola even. I haven't met a blue cheese I didn't like...actually I have, but it wasn't intended to be a blue cheese, so there's that. When you team it with some creaminess, a little crunch and something to dip in it that is beyond delicious, well. Saturday night in front of the tv sorted, am I right?
We have both Chicken and Cauliflower Buffalo Wings on here, but don't stop there. Think sweet potato fries, salad dressing. Iceberg lettuce wedges drizzled with this? Amazing.
