- 400-600 Grams cream
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste BUY
- 3 Teaspoons Ten Times sugar (icing sugar) Recipe
- 20 Grams bourbon
Place all ingredients into Thermomix bowl and whip cream 20-40 sec/Butterfly/speed 4. or until soft peaks. Refrigerate until use.
