Do you dream of what you do for a living? I do. A lot of good recipes have resulted from this habit so I hope you're lucky enough to enjoy the results of all my dreams! This is the amazing result of one such food dreaming...must have been hungry I guess! I am sure you will enjoy this, and it is so very fast! Easily made with or without the Thermomix, this could be breakfast, or dinner with a huge salad and some yummy crusty bread on the side with butter ready to slather.
We have had it a few times. It was very popular with the Thermomix HQ crowd back in the day, so I think you will love it too. Of course you can make the pastry, but buying it makes it even more easy. And we are all about that for a weekend breakfast. You?
