Carrot Cake Smoothie
When you want carrot cake but shouldn't this is your go to smoothie. Packed full of great healthy ingredients, you can have all the taste and no guilt
When I use doTERRA oils in my recipes I get a mixed reaction! Either people are totally on board and want to know more...(I like this reaction) OR they have not received enough information yet to understand why they should get on board! (I like this reaction too!)
For those of you who fall into the second category, there are of course alternatives to using the oils in this recipe. You can replace the citrus oils with the zest of the citrus mentioned, finely grated, then added to the mix, and you can replace the cinnamon bark oil with just a scant teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Voila, same same but different. However, should you wish to be educated on just how great the essential oils are for you, head over HERE and have a read. You will seriously never look back flavour or health wise. Get doTERRORISED...you won't regret it!
This recipe is about to come out in a brand new Smoothie Couture cookbook in the UK, so watch my socials for details on where and when it will be available in OZ.
