As school heads back, you do really deserve a little death in the afternoon, don't you agree? (Or is that a naturally occurring phenomenon as the kids get home from school??)
Either way, use our Lyres version or go ahead and make the real deal. We dare you to make dinner after one of those! (Maybe make dinner BEFOREhand!)

Need
- 60 Milliliters Lyre's Absinthe (or regular Absinthe)
- 1 Tablespoon simple syrup
- 400 Milliliters Lyre's Classic Grande (or prosecco)
Do

Pour Lyre's Absinthe and simple syrup into 2 cocktail glasses.

Top it off with Lyre's Classic Grande.

Serve immediately, or go the full alcohol version with some absinthe (brrr) and champagne.
