Need
- 60 Grams raw caster sugar BUY
- 110 Grams water
- 1/4 red chilli optional
- 200 Grams frozen mango pieces
- 120 Grams Vodka (optional)
- 180 Grams Ice plus more to taste

Place sugar, water and chilli into the Thermomix bowl. Chop 6 sec/speed 6. Cook 5 min/Varoma/speed 4. Cool.

When syrup is cool, add frozen mango chunks, vodka and ice. Blend 30 sec/speed 9 or until mixture is smooth.

Serve in tall frosted glasses with colourful straws or umbrellas.
