Tropical Fruity Ice Cubes
SO these are a hit. Perfect for any party, a lot of fun and super easy to make, get them in your freezer for just the right occasion!
These ice cubes are an integral part of the Lychee Sun-gria Mocktail so prep these in advance to have them handy. They are fabulous in all drinks of choice to be honest and I have been known to suck on one just for fun, so knock yourself out, join the fancy ice cube cult and mix it up next drinkies time!

Dragon Fruit Cubes
- 250 Grams frozen dragon fruit
- 1 limes juice
- 50 Grams water
- Pinches pink salt flakes BUY

Pineapple Cubes
- 250 Grams frozen pineapple
- 50 Grams coconut water
- 30 Grams honey
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste BUY
- Pinches pink salt flakes BUY

Spiced Passionfruit Cubes
- 150 Grams Spiced Passionfruit Syrup Recipe
- 150 Grams water

Pick a flavour. Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl. Blend 20 sec/speed 8. Continue as needed until smooth.

Pour into moulds and freeze until set. Use in drinks of choice. A collection of all three is quite dramatic and yummy in most drinks.
