This butter can be eaten with a spoon, though it is a great way to zhoosh up steak chicken or fish. Of course warm sourdough toast, smothered in this is unbeatable. I had to push myself away from the bread and butter literally. It is amazing.

- 100 Grams Mature Cheddar Cheese cubed
- ½ Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Garlic Cloves
- Pinches Pink Salt Flakes BUY
- 4 chives
- a few Italian parsley leaves
- 200 Grams Unsalted Butter cubed BUY
- Seasoning to taste
Place cheese, garlic, chives and parsley into the Thermomix bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5.
Place remaining ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and blend 10 sec/speed 6. Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat if necessary. Taste and adjust seasoning. Press into a block onto baking paper. Wrap and refrigerate or freeze until use.
