A cooling lassi to accompany any spicy dish you may choose to have on the menu.

It is part of the game of recipe development, to shake things up if the season suits, or the client asks for it! So when my mango coconut lassi was ousted by the powers that be on a recent job, this was the result. And a mighty fine one too I might add. Once more, not a Thermo recipe, but it doesn’t take a recipe developer to figure out how to chuck it all in and blitz it…happy Lassi to you!

Need

  • 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon or 1-2 drops cinnamon bark oil
  • 50 Grams pure maple syrup
  • 3 bananas
  • 350 Grams plain yoghurt
  • 1 lemon, juice only
  • ice

Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend at top speed until smooth.
