- 750 Grams pears, peeled, cored and quartered
- 250 Grams raw sugar
- 1 orange, zest and juice
- 1 lemons zest and juice
- 100 Grams craisins
- 130 Grams currants
- 50 Grams glace ginger, chopped
- 60 Grams flaked almonds
- 1 Teaspoon each ground cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, cardamon
- 5 Drops doTERRA wild orange oil (optional) BUY
- 2 Drops doTERRA cinnamon bark oil (optional) BUY
- 2 Tablespoons brandy or cointreau (optional)

Place orange zest into Thermomix bowl and chop 10 sec/speed 7.

Add pears and sugar and chop 3 sec/speed 6.

Add remaining ingredients except brandy and cook 35 min/Varoma/Reverse/speed 1. Cool slightly, stir brandy or cointreau through and set aside until ready to use.

Store in sterilised jars in the fridge until use.
