We love this as a gift idea, all jarred up and tied with ribbons, with a Gingerbread recipe card attached. Cute.

Here we have a LOAD of suggestions on ways to use this fragrant deliciousness. Don't keep it for more than a season as the flavours will not be as pungent, it is easy to make more or less, and of course, like any dried spice, it needs to be used as soon as possible...there's an excuse for some serious Christmas baking.

Try it in any of these:

Gingerbread Cookies: Add the spice mix to your classic gingerbread cookie dough for rich holiday flavor.

Cakes and Cupcakes: Enhance festive cakes, muffins, or cupcakes by incorporating the spice mix into the batter.

Spiced Pancakes or Waffles: Mix into pancake or waffle batter for a cozy breakfast treat.

Homemade Granola: Sprinkle into granola for a festive twist.

Hot Drinks: Stir into coffee, hot chocolate, or a warm glass of milk for a spiced beverage.

Spice Up Pies: Use in pumpkin or sweet potato pies for extra depth.

Cinnamon Rolls: Combine with sugar to fill cinnamon rolls with a gingerbread kick.

Ice Cream: Mix into vanilla ice cream for a unique seasonal flavor.

Smoothies: Blend into smoothies for a festive touch.

DIY Spice Sugar: Mix with sugar to sprinkle over cookies, muffins, or even toast.

Popcorn: Toss with butter and popcorn for a sweet and spicy snack.

Roasted Nuts: Coat nuts with the spice mix and bake for a holiday snack.

Oatmeal or Porridge: Stir into warm porridge for a comforting start to the day.

Spiced Syrups: Infuse simple syrup with the spice mix for drizzling over pancakes or desserts.

Festive Crumbles: Add to crumble toppings for fruit pies or cobblers.

Marinades and Rubs: Use as part of a sweet-savory rub for roasted meats or vegetables.

Edible Gifts: Package spice mix with recipe ideas for friends and family.

Holiday Truffles: Add to chocolate truffle fillings for a spiced twist.

Cocktails: Rim the glasses of festive cocktails with a mixture of the spice blend and sugar.

Bread or Scones: Mix into dough for a deliciously fragrant bread or scone recipe.
