- 1 fresh nutmeg
- 1/2 Teaspoon cloves
- 2 Tablespoons ground ginger
- 2 Teaspoons ground allspice

Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and perhaps a paper towel underneath the MC on the lid (see video) and mill 30 sec/speed 10.

Store in an airtight jar in the pantry until use. Use as much or as little as you like to add that gingerbread flavour to anything and everything you like, see our suggestions!
