Easy breakfasting for going back to the office or back to school. Overnight oats, super easy...and try making your own almond milk! Or any other milk!

I'm all about making life easier...and this is super simple to make up in advance for the week ahead. They will improve over a few days (leave the fresh fruit off the top and just finish off in the morning.) Of course, you can change it all up a bit by adding in raspberry coulis, any fruit or nut butter of choice, other spices of flavours to suit your family faves and then don't just use regular oats. Try using rolled quinoa or buckwheat flakes or other grains or seeds that you love.

Healthy, organised, new you!! Look at that.
