So we teamed up with Lyres non alcoholic spirits to bring you a Christmas mocktail series this year, the 12 Days of Mocktails and Cocktails. We hope you are ready for us!
This one could be my favourite of the series, but then, I am very fond of the Pistachio and White Chocolate Spread which is beyond delicious. It makes a fantastic gift in its own right. (File that idea away.)

Need
- 100 Grams Pistachio White Chocolate Spread Recipe
- 10 Grams shelled pistachios chopped
- 90 Milliliters Lyre's Coffee Originale (or Kahlua)
- 90 Milliliters Lyre's Dry London Spirit (or vodka)
- 200 Milliliters milk
- ice as needed

Rim 3 glasses with pistachio spread, then press glasses into crushed pistachios.

Place remaining pistachio spread, spirits and milk into the Thermomix bowl. Combine 20 sec/speed 5.

Add ice and mix 10 sec/Reverse/speed 3.

Strain and pour into glasses.
