Rum Raisin Ice Cream
Very grown up rum raisin ice cream is a thing of beauty, especially when it starts with the already amazing Killer Vanilla Ice cream as a base. Need
- 150 Grams raisins
- 80 Grams dark rum
- 3 drops cinnamon bark oil OR 1 tsp ground cinnamon BUY
- 1 Batch Killer Vanilla Ice Cream ready to freeze Recipe

Soak the raisins in the rum with the cinnamon bark oil overnight. (I do recommend the oil rather than the ground cinnamon for the sake of texture and flavour intensity.)

Stir through the ready to freeze ice cream mixture and freeze. Due to the alcohol, this mixture will be a lot softer when you serve it.
