Need
- 80 Grams raw sugar
- 30 Grams cornflour or cornstarch
- 500 Grams blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 80 Grams fresh lemon juice
- 4 Drops doTERRA lime oil BUY
Do

Place the sugar and cornflour into the Thermomix bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 10.

Add half the berries and remaining ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and cook 8 min/reverse/90°C/ speed 3.

Add remaining berries and cook 1 min/90°C/Reverse/ speed 1. Serve as you please, store any remaining sauce in a sterilised jar in the fridge for up to a month.
