Fried Tortilla Strips

These little gems are a breeze to make. They are found most often in Mexican-inspired dishes but they add a bit of crunch to literally anything! Use any type of tortillas you like. If you are ambitious and want to make your own tortillas, we have many recipes for flavoured varieties. Otherwise, store-bought is perfectly fine.

Serve them with smashed avocado, salsas of choice (of which we also have many many options on this site!) or with a soup or on the side of any other Mexican fare. YUM!
