OK, I know there are coriander haters out there, and believe it or not, I am a bit of a peanut hater unless it comes in the form of peanut butter, and I would never have put this combo together as I just couldn't imagine it going well together. - 100 Grams Parmesan cubed
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Green Chilli(es)
- 2 Bunches Fresh Coriander leaves, stems and roots
- 6 Kaffir Lime leaves, sliced thinly
- 100 Grams Peanut roasted
- 1 Pinch Pink Salt Flakes BUY
- 1 Limes juice only
- 50 Grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) BUY
Place Parmesan, garlic and chilli into the Thermomix bowl and Chop 10 sec/speed 10
Add coriander and kaffir lime leaves and chop 10 sec/speed 8
Add all remaining ingredients and combine 6 sec/speed 5
