Passionfruit Coulis

I do love a good drizzle. On almost anything. It makes desserts and breakfast prettier and yummier and of course food styling! Then there is the flavour benefits that far outweigh any prettiness going on. Think Pavlova, cheesecake, smoothies, breakfast, custards, bavrois, the list is seriously endless...get passionate people. It is time!

Need

  • 300 g passionfruit pulp, with or without the seeds
  • 150 g golden caster sugar
  • juice 1 lemon

Do

Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and cook 12 min/90°C/Reverse/speed 1.

Store in airtight jar in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.

Use on ice cream, porridge, as a topping for fruit salads or custards or cheesecakes or pavlovas...the possibilities are endless
