  • 300 Grams passionfruit pulp, with or without the seeds
  • 150 Grams golden caster sugar
  • juice 1 lemon

Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and cook 12 min/90°C/Reverse/speed 1.

Store in airtight jar in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.
