Creamy, tasty and dairy-free, this quick and easy almond porridge is perfect for a cold winter's morning.
Well hello easy breakfast. Filling, gluten free and packed with protein and healthy fats, you will be full and energised on this all day. Shake it up with any fruits or nuts of choice served on top.
Completely made from almonds there are loads of health benefits associated with eating almonds.
Although almonds are high in calories, eating them doesn’t seem to promote weight gain. Some studies even suggest the opposite, showing that almonds can enhance weight loss. (Thanks' I will have another serving!)
This recipe is so awesome, I put it into 'What’s for Breakfast?' the ebook and it appears in The Convenient Vegetarian, in a store near you now and still available in my store.
