Rhubarb Orange Crumble
Warm up this winter with a delicious fragrant fruity dessert. This one will tick all the boxes. YUM.
Family winter warmer desserts have a few criteria; Must be easy, quick, delicious and last in the fridge for a few days and of course, go well with ice cream. Agreed?
This is from our Humble Crumble series, you will need to choose a crumble topping before proceeding. Great with custard, or of course, Killer Vanilla. Happy Wintering!

Rhubarb bit
- 3 - 4 stalks of rhubarb
- 1 orange, juice only
- 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste BUY

Crumble of choice
- 1 Batch Brown Sugar Crumble Recipe
- 1 Batch Pecan Coconut Shortbread Crumble Recipe

Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking dish with paper.

Dice the rhubarb and toss with remaining ingredients.

Roast for 30-40 minutes until sticky and fragrant.

Top with crumble of choice and bake for a further 20 minutes.

Serve with ice cream, custard or whipped cream, or even all of the above!
