Try this butter and you may find it hard to go back to average everyday butter; As a spread on hot fresh rolls or bread crepes or waffles. Replace normal butter in a shortbread or pastry recipe for a sweet addition to your recipe. It would make a fantastic addition to your Easter Notella Hot Cross Buns or Double Choc Hot Cross Buns. - 200 Grams unsalted butter cubed BUY
- 60 Grams hazelnuts, toasted
- 1 Teaspoon honey
- 2 Tablespoons Brew Choc dry granules BUY

Place all ingredients into Thermomix bowl and blend 10 sec/speed 6. Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat if necessary. Scrape onto a piece of baking paper, roll up into a sausage shape and refrigerate or freeze until use.
