Pre-make and freeze the syrups you wish to serve well in advance.
Place cubes into Thermomix bowl and mill 8 sec/speed 8.
Serve immediately as a palate cleanse or light dessert with fresh fruit of choice, whipped cream or vanilla ice cream on top. This is a lovely way to combine a creamy but very cold finish to a meal.
