NOT a mayonnaise, but rather a special sauce...you know the one. Generally served on a name brand Big Burger. You wish you could happily eat it, but there is a little guilt associated with the golden arches and its special sauce. SO Bree got on the job and we LOVE this sauce. - 1 cloves garlic
- 2 Teaspoons Yellow Mustard Recipe
- 1/4 Teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 whole egg
- 2 Teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- pink salt flakes and pepper to taste BUY
- 1 Tablespoon gherkin relish
- 300 Grams grapeseed oil
Place garlic into the Thermomix bowl. chop 2 sec/speed 7. Scrape bowl.
Add all remaining ingredients except oil.
Set timer for 4 min/37°C/speed 4. When there is 3 minutes left on the timer, hold MC in place with your hand (to prevent it floating) while you pour the oil on the lid. Wait until all the oil has slowly dripped into the bowl.
