Creamy Pesto Salad Dressing
This is such an easy recipe and you could really use any pesto of your choosing. This site is replete with pesto recipes.
Try one or all of them on rotation. Then don't be shy with it. Use the dressing in soups, on potatoes of all kinds including as a chip dipper, on toasties, anywhere you would use mayonnaise, naturally as a salad dressing! It is time to pesto it up a bit!

Need
- 100 Grams Kale and Pepita Pesto pre made Recipe
- 100 Grams Creme Fraiche (homemade) or sour cream Recipe
- 100 Grams Easy Thermomix mayonnaise Recipe
- Handfuls fresh herbs of choice
- Juice and zest 2 limes
- pink salt flakes to taste BUY

Place all ingredients into Thermomix bowl and blend 30 sec/ speed 6.
