- 200 Grams Unsalted Butter cubed BUY
- 60 Grams hazelnuts, toasted
- 1 Teaspoon Honey BUY
- 2 Tablespoons Brew Choc dry granules BUY
Place all ingredients into Thermomix bowl and blend 10 sec/speed 6. Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat if necessary. Scrape onto a piece of baking paper, roll up into a sausage shape and refrigerate or freeze until use.
