Place all ingredients into Thermomix bowl and cook 10 min/Varoma/speed 2/spatter guard in place.

Pour through a sieve to remove raspberry seeds and either use immediately or store in a sterilised jar with additional raspberries added to continue infusing.

Try other fruits such as figs, pomegranate, apricots. Or add star anise, fennel etc. Always strain out solids.
