We have been discussing the differences if any, between bliss balls and energy bites. What do you call them?

We generally call them yummy. We also have a Bliss Ball chart for very easy and quickie bliss balls based on what you have in the pantry. Go get your copy HERE!

Have you tried any of our multitude of other bliss ball/energy bite recipes on this site? It is time to take a look, they would make a lovely gift in jars with loads of ribbon for those healthy peeps in your life. Generally speaking they are gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free. (Plus they are so easy to make, a child can make them!)
